Garden Bridge Business Plan Review: A "Fuzzy Approach to Finance"

A brief round-up of today's news:
Today: The Guardian reported on a review of the Garden Bridge business plan written by Dan Anderson, a place making consultant who spoke at our public meeting in May https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2016/jul/21/london-garden-bridge-may-need-taxpayer-bailout-once-built-report-says
The report* demonstrates clearly that the Garden Bridge project would be in debt within 5 years and that any public guarantee underwriitng the project, would be called upon. So that's the public bailing them out - yes, you and us.
Meanwhile, Michael Ball from TCOS was interviewed today on Soho Radio by writer and broadcaster Bibi Lynch. Michael reinforced Dan Anderson's findings by explaining how ill-prepared and incapable the Garden Bridge Trust is and how they will be unable to make this private development work. And historian and TV presenter Lucy Worsley said on Twitter today: "Oh come on you numpties, just cancel the wretched thing now. It is a colossal waste of our money". No disagreement there.
So let's all tell the mayor of London Sadiq Khan, not to underwrite the guarantee for the Garden Bridge and save ourselves a few million quid. Here's how to do that: http://www.tcos.org.uk/#!how-to-object/fc1ic
