Garden Bridge Trust spending revealed - £53M wasted on Boris's unicorn project

Have you read the 500 pages TfL has dumped on their website to obscure this decision? As transparent as a wilderness of mirrors!
But at last it's clear that £21m of public money has been wasted to pay off construction contractor who should never have been contracted when work couldn't begin with the GBT having neither land interests, an implementable planning permission or funding.
And the person who was at the top of the circus that is TfL, Mike Brown and was responsible for signing that off in Feb 2016 - and for keeping in post a completely conflicted officer in Richard De Cani - is still at the top of the circus taking the decision today to pay out yet another £5.5m to recompense the foolish philanthropists who backed this fantasy project.
Is it any wonder that TfL have a £1bn hole in their budget, if the disregard for scrutiny of public money on public projects is led from the top?
But why did Mr Brown buy this Unicorn Bridge? Because the arch unicorn seller was his boss. And Boris has sold the country more unicorns since then, which will cost the UK many more billions...
We urge everyone to contact the Public Accounts Committee and demand a public inquiry into this scandal pubaccom@parliament.uk
